I could be giving myself a little Twiter snooze...
My attention has been getting fragmented quite a bit and I need to focus on some things without the distractions.   This either means you might not hear much from me on twitter…or, check me out on BriteKite.

TwitterSnooze! v0.1 →
This could really come in handy.  Found this morning on twitter h/t @pistachio  The inspiration: merlin: Every social site with “friends” functionality needs a per-friend “snooze” functionality, along the lines of: When I’m logged-in, silently hide all new [tweets | journal entries | photos | links | foo] by this friend for n days Whether it’s necessitated by an overblogged conference, a...

– I’ve been Schmaped.  I have not seen this “Map Guide” before.  But it is available online as well as a desktop app.  I said yes to being included cause it does look interesting.   Check back in late May to see what happens.

A good blog post can change your whole outlook.  If you can get over all your shit-talking about BHB, maybe what you might want to try and do is utilize the individual RSS Feeds they have offered up for readers.  The contributors are dropping pearls every single day.

...as commented on the Inman blog post today
I feel both lucky and unlucky when heading to the pump. Being as San Francisco is roughly 7X7 miles square, I don’t burn through fuel a whole lot. On the other hand, when I do fill up, I believe we have to be of the highest in the nation when it comes to gas prices. Just yesterday it was $4.33 per gallon for premium.     Were I do feel it is in deciding to fly or drive on weekend trips and...

Teri, I somehow knew the subject matter was right up your alley… Yeah. Well. There are always heavy duty posts on Bloodhound and I do my best to keep up. Lately, I’ve been percolating my own brand of seriousness. Here’s what I’ve been thinking about: Web 2.0 is…

Brainpower Rankings of the top 100 metros
I apparently lost at the battle for hometown brainpower today.  I found this out via email from my wife (she loves everything about stats and rankings.) Read em and weep: Memphis comes in at 82 as Fresno barely squeaks in at 93.  Good thing we have convened in the brainy City By the Bay which makes it up the the top 10 at #6.
